Harp Home Services, located in Windsor Connecticut,  was founded in 1990. Harp has one main warehouse and 14 trucks for servicing customers. Previously Harp technicians would issues items to a job by manually sending a notification to the warehouse manger. At the end of the day the warehouse manager would create an order to restock the warehouse.  After a successful implementation by the MarginPoint Professional Services Team, Harp controls all their inventory in real time and restocks and transfers are all automated at the truck level.
